Emily is a NASM certified personal trainer and graduate of the National Personal Training Institute. She developed a passion for fitness when she was 14, and has been training clients since she was 19. In the last five years, she has done one on one personal training, small group training, and large group training. Her purpose is to empower women and girls to fall in love with fitness for the right reasons and to learn the power of strength training and proper nutrition. She currently studies psychology and nutrition at Montclair State University and wants to combine her knowledge and passion to continue helping people mentally and physically.
