WHAT IS WILD CARD HIIT?
This high intensity workout will get the heart pumping like no other. The class is called ‘Wild card’ because the format of the class changes weekly to keep you on your toes. This cardio workout encompasses everything you could wish for with a mixture of bodyweight, plyometric, core and weight training ensuring you get a full body workout. Everyone works out together as a group but at an individual pace. Our trainers are able to modify, regress, progress and tailor the workout to your individual needs.
