Client Cancellation Policy
Please try to arrive on time, especially if you are dropping kids to childcare. Leaving promptly after class gives the next client an opportunity to park in the lot.
For all classes, you may cancel up to 8 hours prior to class with no charge. You’re allowed three (3) late cancellations before being charged for the class.
If you need to late cancel, please send us an email at TrainwithFFM@gmail.com. We understand extenuating circumstances and will ‘late charge’ clients after consistent cancellations or absences.
