Run & Burn Classes

Fitness For Mankind will offer a series of weekly classes for 1 – 2 months prior to a race to help clients prepare for the event. These 45 min classes will help clients gain endurance, speed, and strength to complete a 5K and whatever their personal goals are simultaneously. Classes are run 2x a week.

Running classes include custom-designed tempo runs speed work, interval training, and simulated hill repeats. Whether you are a beginner or advanced runner, this class is applicable to help you make improvements if you are trying to lose weight, get faster, stronger and/or have more endurance.

Classes are run by Katie Siano, the owner of FFM. She has a genuine passion for wellness and is committed to helping others find a community through taking care of both body & mind.

Katie has been an athlete since a young age. She ran Varsity Cross Country, Track & Field in high school and throughout college and Captained the Varsity Cross Country Team at Hamilton. She is an all NESCAC team award winner.

A Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, Katie specializes in pre/postnatal training, general conditioning and weight loss, strength & HIIT training & Nutrition. She a Certified Health Coach through IIN. She lives in Madison with her husband and two children.
