Michelle is a NASM-CPT. She has experience as a personal trainer/strength coach with a background in athletics. Michelle has experience in one-on-one training as well as group training. She has worked with all walks of life that range from athletes looking to increase their performance to individuals that have osteoporosis. She is caring and compassionate with her clients yet still focuses on pushing them past their limits to get them to their goals. Michelle is also in the process of obtaining her nutrition certification through NASM.
